We bought a used portable dishwasher only to find out it was leaking a little bit. We took almost everything apart and cleaned it up good, and we were planning on buying a new door sealer and baffles and we called this place to see if they had them. Instead, they suggested we test it first, and walked us through how to properly test for leaks. Turns out our cleaning had actually fixed it, and it saved us close to $100 in parts. If we ever do need parts we will DEFINITELY go to this place. Very friendly and knowledgable. THANKS!

We have ignition! Thank you Geoff for the help with our oven ignitor. You had the part in stock and we installed it ourselves the night before I needed to cook several dishes for a holiday dinner. We are very grateful to you! Other places I checked did not have the part and would have had to order it.

Was very pleased at his response to our problem. He was very accommodating to fit us in his schedule-no between 8 & noon or 1-5 like others. He had the part required so didn't have to wait. He also gave me some useful tips to help prevent future problems. I would highly recommend him to anybody else for repairs.
